Ejike Obineche
As the founding partner of The Obineche Law Firm, LLC, Ejike Obineche brings to bear over 20 years of experience in handling immigration, employment, and personal injury related cases. Mr. Obineche has litigated before the Merits Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Foreign Service Grievance Board (FSGB), Federal District Courts for the Districts of Maryland and the District of Columbia, the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Obineche successfully represented federal agencies in all aspects of employment cases. His knowledge, professionalism and extensive experience in immigration, employment, and personal injury cases places him in an enviable position to advocate effectively for his clients. Mr. Obineche received his JD from University of Maryland School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
Gerald Moore
Gerald Moore earned his Juris Doctor degree from the American University, Washington College of Law in 2004. He is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of New Jersey as an Attorney at Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Moore worked for the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs for more than 10 years.
He was responsible for, among other things, the release or denial of U.S. passport information to law enforcement and the public under the provisions of the Privacy Act, and the Freedom of Information Act.
Further, as a civil servant Mr. Moore served as Chief Steward for the National Federation of Federal Employees (NFFE) Local 1998 in 2013, and 2014. In this role, he represented 1300 bargaining unit members of the Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services.
He has substantial experience advising and representing federal employees in cases resolved via arbitration, the Federal Labor Relations Authority, and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Mr. Moore also acted as NFFE president and vice president in 2015.
